The cats coat is its most admired feature therefore having it groomed regularly is very beneficial. If it becomes matted or dull it is important to have it groomed as soon as possible. Don't forget short haired cats need grooming too. I operate a mobile service specialising in cat grooming without sedation or anaesthetics, working for short periods of time, guided by the cat’s temperament and allo

wing for rest in between each session. Most matts can be combed out but in the most severe cases clipping off may be the only option. My aim is to negate the need for unnecessary sedation and anaesthesia for basic coat care issues. In operating a mobile service I have found this far less stressful for cats who do not like to be separated from their owners, therefore the cat is far more confident. For most cats, taking your cat to a salon can result in it being stressed before it even arrives due to the car journey. Then it has to deal with all the different scents and smells of dogs and other cats which can frighten and panic the cat before you even start to groom. I want to help you and your cat avoid any unnecessary stress. With a mobile service once the groom is over the ordeal is over for the pet and owner, with no stressful car journey before and after. I also offer cat sitting (in your own home) for local clients (within 5 mile radius of Fleet) if your cat does not settle in a cattery and you would prefer your pet to stay at home. Existing clients but with new cats! 😻😻

After their sad loss of Marmaduke earlier this year, kind Susan & John rehomed these two beauties. They are two year old Chinchilla Persians. When they arrived they had been fully clipped as they’d been matted. This was my first visit now their coats are growing back. Such a gorgeous pair of boys, great to meet you Ollie and Jackson ###

This beautiful little girl is Lily. She lives at Cats Protection in Haslemere but she’s not up for adoption! There are always plenty of other gorgeous cats looking for homes there though - my three Percy, Queenie and Lucas came from here!

She’s a Ragdoll type and was rescued by her kind mum Suzie who is the manager there. I’ve been grooming her for 10 years now and we believe she is about 14, she’s doing very well with the best care 😻.

So sad to report the loss of one of my oldest cat clients. Glazby, who only recently featured on here with his curly whiskers 😻. Glazby was born in April 2004 making him 20.5 years old. His family are all obviously devastated, with the children never having known life without him 🥲. Fly high gorgeous boy, I will miss you hugely too 💔

Handsome Mylo lives in Hampton Wick with his family. He is also known (and loved) by his whole neighbourhood!

I first met him in May 2019 when he was only 8 months old, he’s now a fully grown ….. can you guess his breed?

And the answer is … he is a Neva Masquerade Siberian x

Sadly little Persian ‘Hope’ has passed over the 🌈. She was 3 when I first started grooming her 7 years ago, and had been rescued by her Mum and Dad Michelle and Graham about a year or so before then. She was taken on with issues and poor kidneys but had the best life possible under the circumstances. Fly high poppet x

He’s just a year old, although his mum has been patiently waiting for an available slot for him for a couple of months!

He lives in Farnham with his family, sadly his heritage is unknown but possibly BSH X Siberian? What do you think? He has a real Christmas tree of a tail!

Beautiful Maine C**n Rascal (12) had her regular maintenance groom today. Every 10 weeks keeps her looking and feeling tip top 😻

Her mum reports she has become a different more affectionate cat since losing her sister, Dizzee. This proves again cats have a hierarchy and once the top cat is no longer around their true character comes through ❤️

Beautiful smoke Persian Hecate (Hec) passed away in August. Like our Archie her kidneys failed, sadly though she was only 7. Her sister Ada, and her mum and dad Katy & Tom miss her badly. Fly high gorgeous🌈

Our own Archie had to gain his angel wings in August, he was 17 and 10 months, good for an NFC but it’s never long enough is it. Desperately missed by Alec and I, and as the top cat the household hierarchy is still adjusting. Fly high my handsome ginge, you are irreplaceable 🌈💔

Kate & Daniel’s big Persian Tiggy lost his fight against cancer in September, he was 15. I’d groomed him for the last 7 years, he’ll be desperately missed 🤗🌈

Lesley & Jerry’s little Chinchilla Bertie sadly had to be put to sleep in September, he was 16 years and 9 days old. I’d been giving him regular teddy bear clips for the last 7 years. Such a sweet boy, he will be so missed 🤗🌈

So shocked to hear that Sid had passed away in September aged 15. He was such a special boy, the biggest softie who was so nervous he shook and had sweaty paws but never tried to run away ❤️ his mum Caroline, his sister Nancy and I as his groomer for 8 years will miss him hugely 🌈

Sadly 9 year old Shadow passed away in August. He lived with his family in Farncombe and was well known for visiting everyone in the area. I’d known and groomed him for 5 years. He will be missed 🌈

This gorgeous big boy is Ulfric. Sadly he passed earlier this year aged 19. His mum and dad, Sally and Charlie had taken him on as an elderly cat and loved him for almost 3 years. He always made his presence known by shouting at everyone. He will be missed 🌈

Delighted to catch up with handsome Elvis for a full groom with some mats to be removed as well. He is such a sweet boy to groom and had a little grumble at the mats being removed. His mum, Sam, sent me this clip straight afterwards, which made me smile, and laugh at the end ‘oh’ 🤣

Hi, thought I’d give you an update! Well I’m getting there, slowly but surely. Today I managed to wear trainers for the first time 💪. I’ve only been on paracetamol for the last three weeks now, except after one tough session with the physio 😳 I’ve started doing a few short gentle sessions daily in the gym on top of my physio, on the bike, cross trainer and rower, just 10 minutes but you have to start somewhere! Now to be able to stand for an hour to groom, plus drive and carry my kit - then I can start thinking about a phased return to work, I can’t wait 🙏 Missing you all 😻
