**** ATTENTION SAFETY MESSAGE TO ALL MY CLIENTS AND YOUR DOGS****
Due to the hot weather next week and going forward from this date, I feel walking your dogs in temperatures more than 20 degrees is unsafe for their health and paws.
It has been released on a dog walking page on social media where a number of dogs have suffered from burns and severe health issues whilst out on a walk. Please understand that this is a safety awareness message to raise my concerns.
As a business owner I don't want to jeopardise my reputation by being negligent and walking your dogs in an unsafe environment.
From this, I'm willing to have 1-2-1 care and attention for your dogs in their own environment, this could be in your own back garden or your own home. By offering this your dogs have access to water and shade at all times. This will mean your dogs will still have the exercise and playtime as you require.
Providing a personal service to you as dog owners is my main priority to you as my clients. When your dogs are in my care I treat them as my own and their safety and wellbeing is a key factor to my success in this industry.
Going forward I will discuss with you my thoughts on the day, whether it is suitable to walk your dogs that day in the heat.
Please understand the descion will be at my discretion, as I have to take your dogs wellbeing as a top concern for each client.
I am happy to attempt to rearrange a time earlier in the day where the heat is far safer to walk your dogs subject to availability.
Thank you for your time for reading this safety bulletin.
A similar safety bulletin will be issued for the colder months but this will be at a later date.
Kindest regards
Lauren your pawfect pet companion.
