Due to some of our staff having to self isolate and the growing demands of the practice you may experience longer wait times and having to book routine appointments around a month in advance.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause but please be assured we are doing everything we can to care for each of our patients in the best way we can.

Please be kind and respectful to our staff as they work hard to prioritise unwell patients and provide the best care.

Is my dog panting too much❓ Knowing whether your dog is panting too much can be difficult, but it’s important to know when the signs may be pointing to something more serious. Our vets talk us through what panting means and how to tell when your dog may be panting excessively. 🥵

We would like to extend our appreciation for your ongoing support during this pandemic.

We have made the decision that we will not be allowing clients back onto our premises until our staff are all double vaccinated. We anticipate this being early September. Given the dramatic rise in the cases of the Delta Variant, which is especially predominant in those that are either unvaccinated or single vaccinated, we need to take steps to ensure our staff (and yourselves) are protected from the continued prevalence of this virus.

Social distancing cannot be achieved within our premises.

We understand that this will be frustrating for some clients but we need to protect the health of our staff to ensure that we are able to continue to provide a service at each of our practices.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CAT OWNERS. Please read the link below about a product recall for some dry cat food brands ( including Sainsbury’s, AVA and Applaws)
The Royal Veterinary College have been investigating a small number of cases of cats with pancytopenia, a problem with the production of blood cells, and it is suspected there may be a link with their food. Please see a link in the comments to the update from the RVC.
So far a small number of cats are affected but do contact us if you are concerned your cat is showing any symptoms at all.
