Bodhi has got some very special news to share with everyone this evening... He is going to be a big brother!!! ❤️🐾

Myself & Rob feel so lucky to share that we are expecting our first little baby, due to arrive February 1st 2025 💛 We are so excited to add to our little family and can't wait for a new chapter to begin! 🍼🥰

Inevitably, this news means a lot of change for Tails About Town, and sadly I have made the decision to close my home boarding service. My dog walking and home visit services will continue as normal until further notice.

Please know that this is a decision I have not taken lightly, it's been really hard coming to terms with closing the boarding business but myself and Rob both feel it is the right thing to do at this time.

Thank you all a million times over for trusting me to care for your wonderful dogs over the past 5 years, we love each and every one of them and it has been a total joy to bond and spend so much time with them over the years 🩷🐾

I hope you all have a great bank holiday and normal posts will resume from Tuesday!

I am so pleased to let all of my wonderful clients know that last week, Central Beds Council awarded Tails About Town a 5 star home boarding licence! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳

After a long 3 months of building work and a house renovation, we are now officially back open for bookings from 2nd January 2024. Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding while we have waited for the works to complete! I really do appreciate it.

I will be sending out my holiday dates for next year very soon so please do pop these in your diaries and let me know as soon as possible if there are any dates you would like me to book in for your doggies. Please could I recommend that you check first if I have availability to board your dog/s before you book your holidays, as we do get booked up as far as a year in advance and we are very limited to the amount of dogs we are licensed to board at one time. We do also like to schedule the odd weekend off so that we can enjoy time away with family and friends throughout the year.

Tails About Town is not a kennel environment, please understand that we look after your dogs in our own home and we are strict on making sure all the dogs get along well and that the home environment is as calm and comfortable as possible for all the dogs who board with us, including our resident dog. For any new dogs to join us for any boarding, they must undergo a meet and greet session, a paid trial stay and all paperwork must be handed back to us before boarding.

Thank you all so much for trusting and choosing us to take care of your precious doggies, we love each and every one of them and we can’t wait to see them all again really soon! 🐾❤️

Summer adventures with the Tails About Town crew!! 🐾😍 There's been lots of early morning walks, paddling pool fun in the garden and home visits to keep the doggies as cool and comfortable as possible while it's been so hot! 🥵 We have all been thankful for the cooler weather this week and even some much needed rain!! 😃

Where has the week gone!? It's been a busy time over here with our lovely home boarders and weekday walkers! January hasn't been so bad after all! 😍 We've had some fantastic walks with the Tails About Town crew and there's still another week to go! How on earth did this happen!? Someone please tell me where the time has gone? 😂 I can't believe It's been 2 years already since I began this wonderful journey looking after all of your furry friends! It really is the best job ever and I feel very lucky every day! Just a few photos of what we've been up to over the past couple of weeks!🐾 It's been lovely to spend time with beautiful Roxy girl again, she's been enjoying some yummy treat filled kongs to keep her busy during her home visits! Tommie the Malchi left us a few days ago after his 2 week stay with us and Lola & Reggie our lovely Cockapoo friends! 🥰 We've got two more friends coming back for their holidays very soon so I'll be back with another update 🐶🐶 See you soon! ❤️

With it being so unusually warm recently, we've been very busy doing early morning walkies and lots of home visits to make sure all your lovely pooches still get to have their toilet breaks and some play time in the garden! It's been lovely having the sunshine and warm weather but I think all the doggies agree with me that we're looking forward to the cooler days and even some ... rain!!! 😄⛈💦 Anyone else!? 😂
