FIREWORKS.
Here's some advice to help your pet if the sound of fireworks makes them scared.
There are some excellent over-the-counter products that can really help such as plug-in pheromones and calming neutraceuticals.
If your pet really suffers with the noise of fireworks, then there is medication available that can be prescribed by a vet to help with the fear and anxiety.

1. Give your pet somewhere to hide that they can access at all times
2. Walk dogs during daylight hours
3. Keep cats indoors
4. Close windows and curtains
5. Put on some music to help mask the sounds
6. Ensure your pet can't escape the house
7. Never punish your pets when they are scared
8. Do not react to the fireworks yourself
9. Play with a toy and see if your pets are interested
