Because nobody wants to be at the emergency vets over Christmas dinner....🐾

We're craving our Christmas dinner already, but which foods can you share with your dog? 🍗
Turns out, quite a lot! Do you treat your dog at Christmas? If so, just be confident that you're giving them safe snacks.

You can share ✅
Plain turkey and sausages, veggies like carrots, peas, parsnips and sweet potatoes.

Be sure to avoid ❌
Sweet treats with dried fruits like raisins such as Christmas Pudding, Mince Pies and Stollen. Steer clear of onions, blue cheese and stuffing - and of course, chocolate!

It's going to be particularly cold this next few days with temperatures dropping to freezing 🥶 Please take precautions to keep your rabbits and guineas warm ❤️🐾

🐇 Rabbits need extra care during the winter months. If staying outside is the only option, cover their hutch with plenty of blankets to mimic their underground homes. Provide plenty of extra bedding and check water bowls and drinkers regularly to ensure they’re not frozen 🧊

• Shelter them from the elements
• Keep them dry
• Keep them warm - snug as a bug
• Make sure their water does not freeze
• Feed them a little more hay
• Keep them together
• Protect your rabbit from predators
• Give them access to their run
• Check them OFTEN. They are ‘completely’ dependent on you 🐇

Christmas availability 🎄🐾
I will be off for the Christmas break from the 20th December this year. I have 30th/31st and 3rd of January open but limited with slots, returning fully on the 6th January
