We’re a quarter of the way through the year already, and we are so here for it ☀️🌷

March has been magical for us, so thank you all for making special 💚 you’re truly appreciated.

As the weather gets warmer, and some doggies start to struggle in the heat, we get EXTREMELY busy. So please, please if you can, book your summer appointments sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment 📅

I will be taking a break in July and again in August ☀️

And just like that, January is almost over 🌧️

We know it can be tricky straight after Christmas and so we’d like to thank you all for visiting us, and giving us a month full of wonderful doggies to groom 🫧💚

We are now booking for March. All regular dogs that are on a schedule can rebook their following appointments upon collection 🗓️

We’re one step closer to Spring 🌱 and hopefully some sunshine ☀️🤞🏻

If you’re considering giving a home to a pet this year at Christmas, please remember that it is a life long commitment, and not just a gift.
It’s easy to get carried away and feel in the festive spirit✨

Many dogs are gifted at Christmas with the intentions of a forever home, yet so many are handed to rescue centres in January, as the commitment is overwhelming.

The time, patience, love and cost that goes into a pet can be far greater than expected, and sometimes it can be difficult to care for them.
This should be taken into considering BEFORE buying and welcoming any pet into your home, especially at Christmas.

All animals deserve the best start in life, and if you’re not 100% committed, then please reconsider buying an animal or wait until you feel the time is right.

A dog is for life, not just for Christmas 🎄

We absolutely LOVE grooming our little friend Albie 💙

He’s a very regular customer of ours and we have built such a beautiful bond since he’s been visiting us from a little puppy.

Also, a big shout out to his lovely mummy who is great at keeping on top of brushing his coat at home 🩷
It really makes such a difference and helps us to provide Albie with positive experiences each visit.

We had the pleasure of welcoming the absolutely gorgeous Baxter through our doors for his first ever grooming experience 🫧

Baxter was so relaxed that he even fell asleep on the table during his brush & dry 🤭

We always aim for your puppy to have a positive experience at The Shed Shed and we will only ever do what they’re comfortable with.

Seeing all your doggies excited for their appointments makes our job even better, so thank you for choosing us to groom your besties ❤️

We are so proud of how relaxed and comfortable Porter is during his grooming appointments 🧡

Porter’s been visiting us regularly ever since he was a tiny puppy and the pictures are proof that early introductions pay off.

His wonderful owners do a marvellous job of keeping him well groomed at home, as well as ensuring he has regular professional grooming appointments 🫧✨

Please consider carefully how uncomfortable your dog must be walking around on hot surfaces, especially during peak times 11am - 4pm.
Their paws will not be grateful.

We see so many owners walking their dogs in scorching temperatures daily 🐾

It’s our responsibility as owners to make the correct choices for our pets welfare.

If you’re feeling hot or suffering in the warmer weather, then your pets definitely suffering too 🐶
