A big thankyou to leas cliff hall as their community partner, we are invited to some of the shows to help raise much needed funds.
Saturday, our fundraising cuddly dog 'Dotty' attended the The Chicago Brothers, The Respect Tour, who have very generous fans.
Thank you to everyone who donated to our branch through our pet prize raffle🐶🐱 before the show and our bucket collection at the end.
You helped raise a total of £72.80!!!
Every penny goes straight to local animals in need.

Happy Ending! 🐱
Rolly (right) was adopted by one of our wonderful fosterers, who took in his mum whilst she was pregnant.
Here, you can see he has settled fast with his new (and very patient) big brother Biscuit!

This poor gull was spotted on a shop building in Folkestone
Thank you to all the staff that helped at the local stores to ensure the gull could be cut free and taken by our Animal welfare officer to Medivet Anna House, where the vet safely removed the rest of the net and provided treatment.
Meet Betsy🐱
This cutie pie was reported to our branch as an ill stray. When visiting our Officer was concerned and rushed her to the vet, where they discovered she had a womb infection so received emergency treatment. Now she is doing well and as you can see here, is a very playful puss.

This gull Chick was spotted with string wrapped around its legs.
Our officer managed to catch him.taking him to Hythe Vet Centre to have the litter removed. With his legs free, he was returned to where he was found and released back into the care of his watchful parents.
This was a happy ending, but sadly, for a lot of animals caught/ trapped in litter, it isn't.
How we dispose of our rubbish greatly impacts wildlife, especially wild birds, click the link below to find out more👇

Our officer was called out to a trapped animal in a chimney, after an hour of trying, she had to call back up in the form of the fire brigade.
Big thank you to Kent Fire and Rescue Service for their assistance and help 🚒
Thank you to Folkestone & Hythe District Council Community team for inviting us to thier event at Radnor park this past Wednesday.
It was great for people visiting the stall who received goodies and information for community safety and even win a treat for their pets from our table.
🐶 Watch how our microchipping event went! 🐱
We were alongside Folkestone & Hythe District Council 'Paws for Thought event'-Hawkinge, where they donated microchips for pets. We saw over 20 animals seen for chipping and advice from both us and the environmental team.
Thanks to Rspca Ashford Garden Cattery and @rspca_kentnorthwest for helping out by providing their top microchippers.
With it now being law that your pet dog & cats must be chipped, these events are here to help those in need.
