This Remembrance Sunday, we honour not only the brave men and women who served but also the millions of horses, ponies, donkeys, and mules who stood by their side.

These incredible animals carried heavy loads, transported supplies, and served tirelessly alongside our armed forces, often in the harshest of conditions. Their courage, resilience, and loyalty made an enormous impact and saved countless lives.

Today, we remember them all and give thanks for their service. May we never forget the sacrifices made by both humans and animals in the pursuit of peace 🐴❤️

I had the pleasure of looking after Molly and Dobby last week fondly known as the Hoolibuns the sign fits them well seeing them throw their dishes around if they are empty 😂 they certainly do have character that’s for sure.

I had a drop in with Teddie on Saturday afternoon, I last sat for him in August so it was fantastic to see him, despite the drizzle the Autumn leaves made a superb backdrop to our walk 🍂🍁🍂🍂

I had an amazing time with the grandchildren picking our own pumpkins ready to carve for Halloween. I also achieved growing two small pumpkins myself in the garden which was great fun. Marbles and Mittens found them most interesting and have started on the carving 😂
