Afternoon Everyone!! 🐾🐾

Unfortunately the time has come where we have to slightly increase our prices for our services!

We have managed to hold off for over 2.5 years without any increase however with the cost our expenses to provide these services increasing we have no choice but to slightly increase our prices.

So from Monday 27th November this will come in to effect.

To keep it simple, all our grooming packages will be increased by £3.00 only.

Our Teeth Cleaning service will NOT be increased and will stay at the same price!

Hi everyone!!

Just felt we needed to right a quick post. However this does not apply to the majority of our lovely loyal clients!

However we seem to have had an increase of people booking an appointment and just not showing up with no communication at all! As you can imagine this is very frustrating for us as we could have filled the spot if we had know! Or people cancellating last minute!

At the moment we don’t ask for a deposit when booking an appointment as like a said the majority of our clients are always here on time !

However we may have to start asking for a deposit when booking otherwise the slot will not be held! Especially with new clients as this is where the problems seems to be mostly happening!

As a small business we work so hard to keep it going and keep everyone happy! I understand sometimes people need to cancel or have emergencies come up that they can not get out of which is absolutely fine! But please just tell us! Rather than leaving us standing around waiting for clients who never show up!
During these times it hard enough to stay afloat without things like this!

I also want to say a massive thank you to all of our lovely clients who continue to support us and always show up on time for their appointments 🥰🥰🥰 we couldn’t survive without you all!

Amazing results on this lovely boy today! 🦷

Just one session and we have managed to removed 90% of the built up plaque/Tartar he had!

Now he is still very young which is why the results were so good! The younger you start taking care of your dogs teeth the better the results you will see! 🥰🦷
