A Letter from the Owner
Dearest loyal customers,
I know it has been a while since many of you have seen my face, but please rest assured I am still here and your happiness (and that of your dog!) remains my top priority at Just4Dogz.
I understand that recently there has been some confusion regarding cancellations, time slots for pick-ups and drop-offs. In the past we have always done our best to manage these situations, however as the business has grown it has become clear that we can no longer operate in a way where last-minute changes can always be accommodated.
As Just4Dogz has evolved then so too must our policies. This means we have had to enforce the cancellation policy that has always been part of our terms and conditions since we opened in 2018, and also asking that our customers adhere to pre-agreed pick-up and drop-off times.
There have been days where customers have not arrived at the agreed time for a collection or drop off without any advanced notification being received by text, WhatsApp or call. As a result the team has had to wait (sometimes for an hour or more) in case the customer arrives. As I am sure you can appreciate this then causes delays in taking care of the dogs and potentially inconveniences other customers who do stick to the agreed times. It also inconveniences you if you arrive when no one is available due to shift changes, lunch breaks, or unavoidable appointments.
We will always do our very best to accommodate you as much as possible if you give us advance notice, but we are only human and Just4Dogz is a small business trying to survive in what has become a very challenging world for small businesses.
Thank you for your understanding, your loyalty, and most importantly for trusting us with your beloved dogs. We truly value you and your continued support.
With warm regards,
Cathryn Walker
