A simple sensible guide as we have some warmer weather ….how hot is too hot….

Some tips:
🐾 Walk early, avoiding mid day/afternoon
🐾 Do the 5 second back of the hand test on
pavements
🐾 Re plan your walk if needed to get as much
shade (trees/woods)
🐾 Carry water
🐾 Take breaks/Do a shorter walk
🐾 Know the signs of heatstroke
