Something I have never been strict with but something I need to put in place protect my little business and keep it going.

I 100% understand life happens / emergencies and things cannot be helped sometimes.

I send reminders the night before appointments to make this as avoidable as possible cause it’s not something I want to do.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel/change or can no longer manage.☺️
