*** Update ***

My knee is on the mend but I do have more physio to get next week.

I will be on holiday 9th to 13th September then I'll be back walking all dogs from Monday 16th September. I'll still have to take it easy but need to start getting everyone out again as I'm sure they'll have missed their walks with their friends.

Looking forward to seeing all my doggy pals then 🐶🐾

Check out their website to see how much to feed your dog. These are kept frozen for freshness and then kept refrigerated once open. Arlo absolutely loved it only selling as found out Arlo is intolerant to some foods such as carrot which some of these contain.

*** Holiday's ***

Just a wee reminder of my upcoming holiday. Hopefully when I come back from holiday I'll be back walking full time. I might try an extra walk a day in the next week or so too. I just can't manage the dogs that pull on the lead quite yet. I'll message you if I can manage your dog before my holiday.

Visit to see Hogan and his siblings (my nephew and niece). He loves a cuddle and a few kisses🙈 Of course I had to bring some nice treats for him. For a change we had nothing for the babies 🙊🐾🐶🤣

Arlo's always had quite itchy feet and sometimes spends a lot of time licking his paws so I decided to do an intolerance test to see if there were any foods he was getting that might contribute to his itchiness. The results came back today and made for quite surprising reading. His current food Butternut Box has lentils in it and he also gets the beef and turkey recipes so these will be getting stopped. After doing a bit of digging the only fresh food that doesn't contain lentils, carrots, chia seeds, beef or turkey (and any of the other items he's intolerant to) is Years dog food. I've ordered up some of that and will get him transitioned onto it in the next week or so. Then it will be a case of waiting a few weeks to ensure all the intolerant foods are out of his system. Fingers crossed it makes a difference to him. 🐶🐾

*** Update ***

The knee is slowly getting better. I'm thinking I will manage one walk a day from next week, on the flat (so no beach walks) with a nice calm dog. I'll build up the number of walks from there, depending on how I get on.

A big Happy 4th Birthday to the main man himself 🥳🎂🎁🎉

Can't believe Arlo is 4 years old already, where has the time gone. He's had lots of presents as always (still one to come from his bestie Hogan which has been ordered from Talia's Tails) and a nice cake for later on. He also got a wee walk and visit to the Coffee Lab Ellon yesterday.

Hope his brother and sisters have a great time today too. Leo, Maddie, Yuki, Rita, Indie, Penny 🐶🐾

(The wee black bit on her gills is just a blood vessel, she's perfectly healthy despite how this looks. Her skin may in fact eventually grow back over it in time)

Well that's a week past and my knee still isn't any better 😭

So sorry but all walks will need to be cancelled again this coming week (other than those my helper can cover) as I'm still waiting to hear from the physio 🩼
Thinking I may have to go private as I can't afford to wait too long.

Another week spent with these two though. Hate having to sit around all day and hate having to cancel my dogs 😫

*** Update ***
Just a wee update on this week's walks.
I've been for my xray and nothing is broken thankfully 🙏 but they think I have damaged the ligaments in my knee so I need to get physio.
I'm just waiting to hear when that will be so all walks will be cancelled for the rest of the week (other than those I've spoken to which are being covered by my helper)
In the meantime I'm just about managing to get little Roxi out the front for a p*e 🤣🩼

Well mantrailing didn't quite go to plan this morning 🙈 I slipped and my knee popped out then went back in. I can't put any weight on it or it pops back out again so all walks will need to be cancelled on Monday and Tuesday as I have to get an xray on Tuesday morning. If anyone is going to be at work all day my helper will do her best to fit your dog in but it might not be at their usual time. I'll message everyone individually to see what we can do 🩼😫

A space has become available for dog walking at 11am Tuesday and Friday 🐾

Please note that this is a group space so any dog wishing to join must be dog friendly and the space will be secured subject to a meet and greet and trial period. Due to the location of other pick ups, dogs must be located in either Fraserburgh, Sandhaven or Rosehearty 🐶

As temperatures are quite high today, walks will be assessed on a walk by walk basis and if necessary walks will be cut short to ensure the dogs safety as per previous years. As always I'll be carrying plenty water on walks as well 🌞🥵

I do have the portable evaporative cooler running in the van whilst we are out walking so that the van stays cool for our return. I also have a ventilation bar to prop the back door open a little to allow airflow while parked up.

A great few days looking after Raven. She was such a good girl for me but was strange not having her brother Bronson here 😢

She got to meet Arlo and Roxi on Saturday, it was a hot walk so think they were glad of a drink when we got back to the van 🐶🐾
