I understand things happen, but when dogs are picked up late, it affects my ability to provide the best care for all my clients. Since I can only take one dog at a time, late collections often force me to cancel or delay appointments for other pups who are waiting for their turn. 🐕⏳

Please note that any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled grooming appointment will incur a **cancellation fee equivalent to the full grooming fee**.

I strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all of my clients’ needs. This policy allows me to ensure smooth operations and fairness for everyone, especially given the high demand for appointments.

Additionally, please be aware that **deposits are non-refundable**

✨ **Pet of the Month** ✨ **Buddy**

This month’s star is none other than Buddy! Since Buddy first started coming to me, I’ve seen such an amazing transformation. At first, he wasn’t too sure about the grooming process – a little hesitant, a little unsure – but now, with each visit, he’s gaining more and more confidence.

Buddy is slowly warming up to the routine, and it’s been wonderful watching him grow more comfortable and relaxed every time he comes in. His bravery and progress are truly inspiring, making him my well-deserved Pet of the Month. Way to go, Buddy! 🐾
