I understand it's annoying to to call without response. I work one to one with a gap to stop any dogs meeting in case they don't like each other. I want my customers ( dogs) to feel relaxed and at ease. I don't answer the phone.
Nor do I reply to a text or email. The time is paid for by my customer. I have been fludded with calls, emails, phone calls, messenger, text, Instagram messages. I will not reply or answer any messages whilst grooming. This time is precious for me and the dog I groom. And it's paid for by my customers. If anyone needs to get in touch, please text or Whatsapp me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

Can I please ask everyone to check their sheds and garages. Izzy has gone missing. Very unusual for her. She is very quiet and it's highly unlikely you would hear her call for help. I will continue to knock on doors. Halstead Road area. Thank you.
