The yard is owned and run by husband and wife team who are both qualified equestrian professionals.
Christie - BHSAPC and British showjumping coach and Ryan - farrier. Both Christie and Ryan have worked in the industry for over 20 years with horses from international competitors to happy hackers.

Extra services are available to add as and when required such as schooling, hacking, lunging, clipping, rider coaching etc.

This morning we waved off the lovely Peanut to his new home after he flew through his vetting yesterday.
We'll miss him here, especially my daughter Lola who fell in love with him. Pictured with the vet and Peanut in photo 2 during his pre purchase vetting.
We're looking forward to following his journey with his new owner 😀

Afternoon & evening sessions.

Large arena with good surface.

British showjumping accredited L3 coach, BHSAPC, NDPCE.

Catering for riders from beginners to seasoned competitors.

All sessions aim to improve riders skill set, confidence and knowledge. The scales of training underpin all sessions, developing the horse/pony in the correct way so improving their way of going.

1-2-1 & shared sessions available

Shared £30 pr , 1-2-1 £45 - prices include arena hire charge.

WANTED for clients ....

2 x Grass root's event horses to BE90 & 100.
Both ideally 15.2hh to 16.1hh
One is for a junior rider who will also do under 18's , age 8 to 12 years with experience at PC100 or BE100 is essential.
The other needs to have seen the world with a competition record but can be younger.
Both will be kept at the clients homes so need to be straight forward on the ground.

Amateur friendly SJ horse jumping fox / stepping up to.
16-17hh.
Ideally not too many points. Brave and honest to a fence. Will be handled by the whole family so needs to be mannerly.

Loving , long term homes await.

👀 4 new 🏡 on behalf on client
Bay cob gelding, 5yo, 14.3/15 hands

Peanut is a lovely cob, who is still growing and is expected to make about 15 hands. He was backed in 2023 and turned away to mature. He is back in work again ready for futher education. He works well in all paces in the arena and learns quickly. He has popped a few small jumps which he seemed to enjoy.

Peanut hacks out but needs further work to gain confidence especially with larger traffic. He will benefit from a hacking home, with companions to ride out with.

He is up to date with vaccinations and the dentist. He is good with the farrier and is used to loading and travelling.

Peanut will make a nice project for someone. He is a still young and green so needs an experienced home to bring out the best in him. He needs further work and his price reflects this. He has no rider at his current home and is looking for a new loving owner to build a strong relationship.

Due to his inexperience Peanut is unsuitable for novice riders.

Coaching session payments .....

If you are paying bacs this now must be done 48 hours BEFORE your session.

I understand we all forget things from time to time BUT having to spend my limited non working time chasing late / non payers is getting too often. So understandably I'm getting a bit fed up of it 😔

It might only be £40 to you but when there's 16 × £40's that's not paid then its a big chunk for me ......

Please think about supporting small business' by paying on time as I'm by no means the only one having this problem. Its something that ALWAYS comes up in conversation when speaking with my self employed friends!

I don't usually share things like this but feel compelled to.....
I've not been able to get this out of my head all day , that poor young girl losing her mum, dad and two sisters in a tragic accident.
Condolences to everyone connected to this poor family.
The accident took place on a road I've driven lots, in the area I grew up, I still have lots of family and friends in the area this family are from. The young girl left devastated is similar age to my daughter.
