⭐️Coaching session payments ⭐️

If you are paying bacs this now MUST be done 48 hours BEFORE your session.

I understand we all forget things from time to time BUT having to spend my limited non working time chasing late / non payers is getting far too often. So understandably I am getting a bit frustrated with it.
I sacrifice alot of my quality family time to beable to work this job (a job Ive loved for many years!!) so having to chase non payers when I'm with my beautiful family makes me sad.

It might only be £40 to you but when there's 16 × £40's that's not paid then its a big chunk for me that I need to feed and house my children.

CANCELLATION POLICY : sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice of the session time are liable for full cost of the session. I turn away clients / can't accommodate clients requests because I am already booked up so when these sessions are cancelled last minute I can't refill them at such short notice. This means financially I lose out and a client misses out on a session that they could have had.

Please think about supporting small business' by paying on time and keeping appointments as I'm by no means the only one having this problem. Its something that ALWAYS comes up in conversation when speaking with my self employed friends and business owners! The same goes for last minute cancellors / rearrangers 😕

Coaching fees :
£40 per 45 minute 1-2-1 session plus travel charge
£50 per hour group coaching plus travel charge
Clinic prices vary depending on venue

Well done to everyone that attended yesterday's busy clinic at Whitethorn Equestrian in the sunshine 🌞!

Lots of progress made with a huge variery of combinations ranging from pole work groups to preparation work for a first BE novice run of the year.

Evening training sessions in the luxury indoor arena of Home Farm , Kirk Hammerton.

Training taken by Christie Batty UKCCL3 British showjumping coach, BHS Accredited professional coach and graduate of the BEF's national development programme for coaching excellence. Christie has gained a wealth of knowledge from many years of working with horses from backing stage to internationally successful showjumpers as well as working for and training with some of the best riders in the world of showjumping.

Catering for all level of riders.

Every session promotes the scales of training, building rider confidence and developing stronger partnerships between each horse and rider combination.

Freelance groom or grooms wanted for the following:

Saturday and Sunday mornings 4 - 5 hours.

Wednesday and Thursday afternoons/evenings, exact start time and hours can be discussed for these days.

MUST be 100% honest and trustworthy, 100% reliable, be able to follow instructions and have a 'horses come first attitude'.

MUST be capable of fulfilling yard jobs to high standard and handling a variety of horses. Most of the horses here are easy but we do have big young ones in for schooling and breaking frequently.

MUST be responsible and experienced enough to take sole charge as this job is prodominatly to cover me when I'm away coaching, at shows or to give me some time off as im currently working 7 (mostly long) days and i want to spend more time with my beautiful children.

Duties will include mainly yard work and handling horses. May involve lunging, hacking and assisting me from the ground with getting the breakers ridden away if confident and capable but this is not a deal breaker and can be discussed.
