You will receive a reminder txt of your appointment YOU MUST CONFIRM TO THAT TXT with letter “C”. Not confirming May result in your appointment being cancelled and replaced with another client on our waiting list.

Thank you for the opportunity to pamper your Pooch. I work 1-1 so I can make sure your dogs appointment is as joyful and stress free as possible, not just for your dog but for you too.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
As a courtesy, Pooch sends out reminders by text but it is your responsibility to remember, and with today’s technology, there are many other ways to keep track of appointments, such as iPhone reminders, google calendar, google home, Alexa, etc. Pooch requires a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to give required notice will result in a No-Show/last minute cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service appointment or a 25 minimum and a deposit for the next appointment scheduled. These fees double during the week prior to Christmas.

Rain Check... If the weather determines your furkid’s grooming schedule, please check your 7-day forecast. Weather is not an acceptable excuse for last minute cancellations or No Shows. Rain or shine I’m grooming all the time
