1 week of crate rest down, anti slip mats and a ramp for the steps outside have done her absolute wonders!

Back to the vets next week for a check up so fingers crossed she gets the go ahead for walkies and play 🤞🏼😍

Hello my lovelies.

Providing my printer doesn't act up I'll be renewing contracts soon!

The new contract won't include all the bits and bobs about getting to know you and your pets unless there's been any changes I haven't been made aware of, like behavioural changes between visits etc.

The contract we already have mentions cancellations and *if* I have to cancel for any reason ... The contract already states that *if* I have to cancel that you will get your deposit back for stays if you have paid one (with this being said, no stay will be officially booked unless you pay a deposit). The new contract will also stress the importance of this.

Please note: If I have to cancel a stay, walkies or drop in you will be given as much notice as possible, and it is important to remember I have the right to cancel as much as you do but I will always do what I can to prevent this from happening. Although I may not look like one on most days, I am a human under all the dog slobber, pet hair and mud, and things do happen that are out of my control much like my dog needing medical care. In the contract both old and new it states that I can cancel with as much or as little notice, the new contract also corrects some grammar and spelling mistakes my dyslexic eyes missed 😅

I really appreciate you all and your furbabies and I can't thank you enough!!!!!

If you wish to terminate the contract at any time I will not ask questions as I am very aware that situations change, all that I ask is that I can say goodbye to your pets as I am very much so attached and I will miss them deeply, you will get your key back and I will most likely shed a tear or two.

Again, I'd like to thank you all, those ad-hoc, those whom I see daily, weekly, those whom I won't see again after my services being a one off, and those to come. Thank you all!

Also... please don't think I'm about to cancel on anyone I'm just reminding you of my cancellation policy!

Juno update:

She's off her little chops bless her, chances of another surgery are high. She's been doing better and getting kisses and loves from all the lovely staff but she's still not 100%.

We left her one of her blankies, a packed lunch box full of treats and cheese tax that we owed and a teddy.

We miss her so so much 🥺🧡

Second night away from home after ending up in surgery following her MRI scans.

We cannot wait to have her home so home feels like home again.

Hi guys, bit of a serious one...

I've had my Juno to the vets three times in the last two weeks, today will be the fourth visit.

She has pulled a muscle in her neck and is on medication, she's being crated, her food and water is elevated, we even have a carrier to lift her up and down stairs and I've injured my back lifting the little heavy potato that she is.

Me and my girlfriend have endured a lot of sleepless nights, I've slept on the kitchen floor to be with her, me and my girlfriend have actually set up her office downstairs and now a bed for us to be with Juno to be by her side quickly.

I guess I'm posting this to ask for any more advice than what the vets have given us, has anyone experienced this before?

The cries and screams that are coming from her are heartbreaking and painful to hear (not just emotionally painful, physically painful) she was making progress and I guess I got my hopes up.

With this, I need to let you know that i may not be able to take on any additional jobs to what has already been agreed on, I won't let you down but my baby needs me. I'm thankful my girlfriend works from home otherwise I'd not be able to get to anyone as Juno is not in a state to be left alone.
