Hi everyone help needed. I've recently discovered that we are advertised on Google (whether we like it or not apparently) I've always used yell and fb to do most of my advertising in the past. The page looks pretty dull at the moment so I'm working on that!
I've discovered I have two reviews one of them is pretty yuk to be fair. Don't get me wrong I'm not for everyone that's fine. But if you do have a spare 5 mins to leave us a Google review if you've had a good experience that would be great! If you've had a not so great experience let us know it's the only way to grow. Hi I hope everyone has had the most wonderful Christmas. Another year's grooming done. Thank you to all my lovely customers for such a fantastic year! *Customer notice* as from 1st of July there will be a price rise on all full grooms by £3 and all bath and blow dry from £2. We've tried to hold off as long as we could but the massive diesel price rises are just too much.
We know everyone is struggling with the same costs so if you would like to keep your price the same then we suggest you travel to us that way it keeps cost down for both sides if coming to me as an alternative is successful then I'll probably put on a couple of days a week from home to give customers the choice.(let me know what you all think?) Hi everyone I really didnt think it would come to this again but new covid rules once again restrict us from working at full capacity. Under the current guidelines put in place by government we are only able to groom welfare cases, that is any severely matted dog or a dog with poorly skin condition etc. I've pushed all of the apps back to mid feb when lockdown will hopefully be reviewed again. We will be open for welfare cases, however if you think your dog is getting to the stage of matting then call us and we will try to work something out we dont want anyones dog to suffer. We do not take this action lighthearted we are sad that we cant get back into the full swing of things but we really do appreciate all of your patience and cooperation we wouldn't be here without you. Just a quick post following the new restrictions announcement.
Doggy stylez will be continuing to work unless we are told otherwise. We have good social distancing measures in place that are working well, however if you feel the need to cancel or rearrange for personal reasons please dont hesitate to let us know we fully understand everyone's situation is different in this unusal and trying time stay safe lynn and ben xx
