The Disco Bus is in Intensive Care. It has a pulse but only just! So the plan is, I'm hiring a van from Monday as I hate letting people down. The bargain price is £300 for the week.....its hardly worth me working. The following week, once everyone has made alternative arrangements, I'll be taking that as holiday. I'll be offering 1 walk on this comong Monday as I'll be transferring my crates over to the temporary van. This is time consuming. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. So I won't be around w/c Nov 24th.

The Disco Bus is going to be off the road until the weekend. There's an issue with the brakes. Simon is going to recover it to the garage later today. If you can make other arrangements tomorrow, and are in a position to cancel - please do so. I'll prioritise dogs who are home alone and get around them by car. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Christmas is definitely cancelled now I'll be faced with a large unexpected bill!

Today was all about Security and camp maintenance. We throughly checked all the perimeter fences, looking for escape routes made by the bunnies, tut tut. Then we set Clio to work on disposing of unwanted branches. Busy little bees 🫶💪

*SAFETY FIRST* I checked to see if any trains were running before we ventured to Marley Hill, leading to Tanfield. They were obviously not. It's such an enjoyable walk when it's safe to do so.

A few updates from Halloween at Westway Veterinary Group. Edith is healing really well. Thank you as always to the wonderful team at Pelton surgery for their care and commitment. Chloe brought her some chicken in from home for an extra special treat. 😘🤭
