Most customers will see a ‘pocket’ on the side of their pallet! This contains a recycling postal bag for all your used Sorbeo bags and a ‘how to recycle’ guide.

We are always working to improve our recycling services as we firmly believe our Sorbeo bags should never end up in landfill! ❌

To celebrate World Earth Day today, we wanted to share our commitment to reducing the global carbon footprint👣🌍❤️

✅ All of our wood is sourced within 60 miles of our factory.
✅ Sourced from sustainably managed forests, no tree is ever cut down for Sorbeo. Trees that come into our plant only come from certified forests and every tree we take away is replaced with seedlings that replenish the forest.
✅ Our pellets are made by our biomass boilers which are powered using energy that we produce. This is a highly efficient combined heat and power system.
✅ Let's keep our Sorbeo bags out of landfill we have two ways to recycle your Sorbeo bags. We will turn your used Sorbeo bags into picnic tables, benches, planters, decking, feed troughs and much more useful stuff.♻️♻️

Our Pallet winner is… Jane Beasley and her three companions Frankie, Priscilla and Myrtle the Mule (who all came from The Donkey Sanctuary)❤️

Jane was our lucky recipient of our win a pellet competition recently, however, Jane has very very kindly donated her pallet to The Hugs Foundation and keeping 5 bags for herself. 👏🏼

From Jane: "I'm glad to be able to do something for Hugs and my donkeys and mule are happy with their share which will last them for several months as they mostly live outside but use Sorbeo on the mats in their stable. I used it for years for my late horses but it is particularly useful for Priscilla, my white donkey who has breathing issues and cannot have the straw bedding which is more usual for donkeys."

There is growing emphasis on the importance of knowing where products are grown and produced. 🌲 🪵 Grown in Britain certification encourages and supports active and sustainable management of our own forests and woodlands reducing unnecessary imports.
