The support and reviews we have received over the last few months is once again absolutely fantastic, thank you to each and everyone.

I have been asked on a few occasions if i could point out the key differences between our (GPC) service and vets contract cremation corporate service.

The key difference starts when/if a pet passes at the vet surgery
the pet will be stored in the vet surgery until collection.

The person can either choose to use the vets corporate service, or choose to use private service ie GPC

COLLECTION
contract) collection can take up to 7 days to collect pets from the surgery.
GPC) collection is same day or next day at the very latest.

Contract) collect multiple pets at once and transported in a commercial van.
GPC) collect individual pet, and transported in a private 4x4 jeep.

Cremation Timescale.
Contract) iv no idea!
GPC) We try to provide same day cremation, if not next day cremation at the very latest.

Cremation.
Contract) perform communal cremation, where pets are cremated all together, unless you specifically ask for an individual cremation.
GPC) we only provide individual cremations. on a rare occasion we have been asked requested special circumstances to cremate pets together, ie pets from the same home.

Receiving your pets ashes.
Contract) can take up to two week to receive your pets ashes.
GPC) Depending on time of day, some occasions your pets ashes can be collected same day, but usually next day collection.

i hope this gives a better idea of the key differences.
