Hello all,

I have no card reader atm so payments will need to either be made by cash or bank transfer.

Payments must now be paid when you bring your dog in. This saves me needing to chase anyone who is bank transferring.

Anyone who is yet to send money to me, please do so today.

New clients will also need to pay a deposit when booking as all the no shows have been adding up this week alone ☹️

Please when booking can you also put in your correct contact details incase I need to contact you or make adjustments to your booking and please also make sure you are selecting the correct service.

The short notice of cancellations/no shows the past couple of weeks have really put me out of pocket as I’ve had no time to fill the spaces that others could have had.

I also understand that you may have forgotten your appointment that has been scheduled, if you book through the online booking system you will receive automatic reminders to ensure you remember.
