Important Reminder About My Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Customers,

I wanted to take a moment to remind you of my cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the grooming price. Additionally, you may need to pay another booking fee to reschedule, which will be at my discretion. If I'm able to fill your appointment on short notice, there will be no charge.

I sometimes maintain a cancellation list and will do my utmost to fill your slot, depending on others’ availability. As my income comes solely from grooming services, this policy helps ensure that I can continue to provide care for your beloved pets.
