The van is making a noise but the garage can’t start work on it until Thursday. Next week I’ll be out in the other van but spaces for the dogs is limited. I really need a minimum of 48 hours notice for any extra walks or cancellations, I’m usually pretty lenient be there can be no exceptions as I will most likely need to reduce walk sizes and put on extra walks, to accommodate already dogs booked in.
Hopefully the van will be sorted in a week or two

In the last 2 months I’ve seen an increase in last minute cancellations. I have a few dogs of shift workers who have been refused a walk only for me to receive a late cancellation but they have made alternative arrangements. I understand things come up but if possible please give at least 24 hours notice. I may need to start charging for late cancellations.
I’ve also had an increase in late payments, can you please ensure payment is made when due. If payments are a few days late again this may incur an additional charge.
Going forward if your dog has an accident in the van there will be a £10 clean up charge to cover the cost of cleaning out cages and washing.

Missing from Levernbank Kennels, Barrhead

DO NOT APPROACH AS HE IS EXTREMELY NERVOUS AND WILL BOLT!! He is an abused rescue dog who managed to escape when being returned to his kennel by a dog walker (not kennel staff). He is newly clipped as was terribly matted. If he is spotted please take a note of location and let the kennels know - DO....

Sorry to everyone affected by the van breaking down earlier. I’ve just brought it home and it seems to be running fine, so most likely is due to the cold temperature. I’ve had it running in the drive to heat it up so hopefully it’ll be fine tomorrow but worse case I may need to cancel dogs that have someone at home and do pop ins for the remainder, or reduce walk times.

Hi guys,
Tomorrow afternoon’s walk is off, forecast is too hot and it’s not worth the risk. Anyone booked into this walk should have been advised by now.
On Tuesday the second van will be out to help drop off the morning walk so they will all be in the van for the minimum time possible and the afternoon walk will start sharp, most likely late morning.
Then we’ll see how the rest of the week pans out

I’m sure everyone has recently heard stories and seen post circulating on social media about dog thieves in the area. I received a text from a customer earlier today advising of a van and occupants acting suspiciously in their estate.
This may have been entirely innocent but it has been reported to the police. As everyone will be aware I usually always have dogs in the van when I am collecting or dropping off, if you are at home when I call please don’t be offended if I just drop your dog back home as I’m going to try to minimise the time I’m away from the van.
I also plan to change my leads in the next couple of weeks to make them harder to be unclipped by anyone, although I’m not sure who would be brave enough to come close enough to my gang to unclip anyone😂
