RECENT CHANGES TO PRESCRIBING LEGISLATION

Please be aware that the regulations for dispensing repeat prescription medication, including parasite treatment, have changed.

Staff may request that you book a health check appointment for medication, unless your pet has recently been in for one. This includes routine flea and worming treatments that come under the legislation. We can let you know if this is required when you call.

If your pet is on long term medication, please remember to reorder this well in advance in case they need to come in for a visit.

We are booking at least a week in advance for routine appointments.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please leave extra time or find an alternative route if you usually come that way.

It's worth remembering that our pets don't enjoy the heat as much as some of their owners.
Have a safe fair weekend and remember the Out of Hours clinics are there if you need them
We will be back open on Tuesday 19th. 🌞

As Red and Amber extreme heat warnings are announced across the UK, vets issue urgent advice on keeping pets safe from heat-related illnesses.
