Hi all. So I had a bit of a weird encounter today in Rosshall Park. 🥴 There was a couple standing on the footbridge and as soon as they saw me they started walking quickly behind me in the same direction. The guy took his jacket off and gave it to the woman which I instantly thought was weird as he only had a T-shirt on and it’s freezing outside 🥶 I went off down a path and the woman (polish accent) followed me and started asking about the dogs while the guy circled wide around the other side of me (it looked like he could maybe cut me off further up the path). The woman stood herself right next to me on this narrow path and asked if the dogs were mine and what their names were. Which usually I wouldn’t mind but she didn’t seem interested in the dogs at all - not looking at them or saying hi to them or anything. 🤔 I had 2 on leash and 1 off but quickly put the third one on and told her there were too many names and that it was home time for us then speed-walked back to the car. They then looked like they were making their way back to the footbridge. It could have been nothing but the whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way and they were giving off weird vibes. With the amount of dog thefts recently I thought better safe than sorry so just letting you all know so you can keep an eye on your pooch at all times - even in places where you walk frequently! 😳😳
