For anyone who takes their dog to Hannah for grooming there is a new policy in place 🐾

Cancellation/ No Show Policy

Today I had a full day of no shows.

Being self employed this has had a huge effect on my income. I am always happy to work with customers and fully understand that life happens but there is no reason why I cannot be informed of a cancellation.

I am now enforcing a strict Cancellation/No Show policy and by booking an appointment with me you are agreeing to these terms.

I now require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling your appointment. If less than 24 hours is given then you will be required to pay the FULL amount of the service you booked in for.

Each individuals circumstances will be taken into consideration
