Beautiful Elsa in for her regular groom out after her holiday at Allers Farm Kennels
I don't do a lot of groom outs anymore but I love grooming Elsa, she stands brilliantly (apart from having a fe**sh for licking my hair 🤷‍♀️ but who am i to judge)
Elsa is brushed regularly at home which makes such a difference to her hair density, time spent in the groomers and, more importantly, tolerance of being groomed, my company and questionable Spotify playlist 😬

4month old Poppy came in for a 'Puppy Experience' today! She was full of beans and cuddles but took it all in her stride with her big brother Charlie who showed her the ropes!
Puppy experiences allow your pup to experience the sights, sounds and (sometimes unfortunate 🤣) smells of the grooming salon. They get extra cuddles, one to one attention and time to explore in a shorter period of time than they would if they were in thrown in at the deep in end with a full groom. We usually recommend at least two puppy experiences before their first full groom at the recommended age of 6months. Your pup will be washed in a hypoallergenic/mild shampoo, fluff dried, have a face trim, pad & paw trim, hygiene trim, ear pluck/clean and perfume spritz to finish. This starts from £15 depending on breed 🥰

📣PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT📣

A different Sunday night post from the usual upcoming week availability post...

In the 35days I have worked since the start of the new year I have had 23 new dogs in!! 😳 From fluffy puppies to dogs moving over from other groomers! I have never closed my books to newbies as I do not insist on grooming schedules and rebooking your next visit on collection and allow people to book when and as they need me!
However, I must advise you all that I am now booking at least one week in advance, so please bear this in mind when organising your dogs groom!

Thank you to everyone who has recommended me to other doggy owners, I really appreciate it!! 😘

But i think we all know where he would be getting "The Twa Dugs" groomed if he was still around 👌

Rant time...Four no-shows on Xmas Eve Eve. So, lets ignore the fact that today alone I am £120 down on the week before my quietest month of the year...but I turned away regular, loyal customers who come to me 6-8 times per year as I was already full. I now may have to consider a deposit upon booking scheme...the minority ruining it for the majority 😒
If you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know 🥴
