It was so lovely to see George MacRitchie pop in. And of course, Isla too! 🐶❤️

We wanted to share this lovely photo of George and his dog Isla with you all. Many of our long-standing clients will remember Mr Mac as fondly as we do. For those of yuo who don't know Russell took over the practice when George retired.

Isla was in for her spay and was very brave (and got plenty of cuddles from the team!).🐶💚

We know Bonfire Night (and the weeks around it!) can be tough for our four-legged friends who aren’t fans of loud bangs and bright flashes 💔

That’s why we’re sharing one of our favourite fireworks-free spots for a peaceful stroll — Whitelees Wind Farm 🌿💨

📍 Whitelees Wind Farm, Eaglesham Moor
✅ Usually quiet during fireworks
✅ Lots of wide-open space and safe walking routes
✅ Great for anxious or noise-sensitive dogs

A calm walk in a quiet area can make all the difference to your dog’s stress levels this time of year. Remember to keep them on lead, bring some high-value treats, and enjoy some fresh moorland air together! 🐕💛
