Important Update to Our Afford-a-Pet Plan

At Queens Crescent, we are committed to providing high-quality care for your pets at an affordable price.
Our Afford-a-Pet plan has helped many pets receive the treatment they need, covering everything from consultations to surgeries.

However, due to rising costs across the board within the veterinary industry, including laboratory fees, and external medical services, it has become financially unsustainable for us to continue offering blood tests and laboratory work as part of the afford-a-pet plan.

We’ve done everything we can to keep this benefit, but after careful consideration, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to remove it.

What’s Changing?
📌 From April 1st, 2025, the aford-a-pet plan will no longer cover blood tests or laboratory work.
We know how valuable this benefit has been to our clients, and this decision was not made lightly.
As costs for essential veterinary services continue to increase, we need to ensure that the plan remains viable while still offering excellent value and comprehensive care.

What’s Still Included?
🐾 Unlimited vet consultations – peace of mind whenever you need us
🐾 Surgery time – covered for necessary procedures
🐾 Annual booster vaccinations – keeping pets protected
🐾 Flea, tick & worming treatments – year-round parasite prevention

We also have alternative plan options available for those looking for a different level of coverage.

This change allows us to keep the plan sustainable and continue providing your pets with the best possible care. We truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing trust in our team.

These changes apply to current members only as we are no longer taking on clients for the Afford-A-Pet plan.

These changes will not affect our Essential or Unlimited wellness plans.

Important Update for Our Dog Owners! 🐶

MSD has announced that they are discontinuing the Nobivac Lepto 2 vaccine, which affects all dog boosters.
As a result, we will be transitioning to the Nobivac Lepto 4 vaccine.

If your dog is not already on Lepto 4, they will receive it at their next booster appointment.
To ensure full protection, a second dose MUST be given exactly 28 days after the first.

To support this transition, we are providing the second vaccine free of charge.

Please ensure you book your dog’s follow-up appointment on time. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us! 🐾

Lauren graduated with honours from the University of Glasgow in 2024.
She grew up in Southern California and was inspired to pursue veterinary medicine while volunteering at a local marine mammal rescue.
She loves to learn new things that allow her to offer the best care to pets and their people and is eager to contribute to the Queens Crescent team.
