***Important Announcement Please Read***

Some salons about 50 minutes away are receiving some very suspicious phone calls, it is believed the salons are being targeted by professional dog theifs !!!

With that being said I have put some new measures in place after asking the other groomers what they have said and done, please note these measures will be enforced with immediate affect.

🐾Slots are by appointment only the salon is always locked at all time’s whilst I have a dog in the salon. When dropping off and collecting your dogs please knock on the door and state your name and text me to say you have arrived. Only then will I unlock the door to handover your dog.

🐾If someone else is collecting your dog on your behalf please inform me on drop off. If i havnt met them before then you will be given a code word which they will need to tell me on collection. If they do not tell me the code word the dog will not be handed over.

🐾Only ever hand your dog over to me in the studio. If you see someone on my property NEVER hand your dog to them ONLY me!!!

The chances of anything happening are probably very slim but I just want everyone to be vigilant and cautious, not only when visiting the salon but also around the area!!!

If anyone has any concerns what so ever please don't hesitate to contact me privately.
