Growning up with all types of animals including German shepards has moulded my love for our 4 legged friends. To put it bluntly I am the person who stops owners in the street, rain, wind or snow to coo over their dogs….I just can’t help myself! After committing to my beautiful puppy Flo whilst working in the corporate world I realised my calling. Working up to 12 hours per day and juggling a puppy

was proving difficult. This was when I had a brain wave “wouldn’t it be wonderful if Flo could spend her days playing with like minded pups and leading a true dog life”. Following this I spoke with friends, family and colleagues and could not believe how many people faced this same predicament. So this was when I opened my very own doggy daycare. Flo has brought me so much joy and I hope Dog Days Glasgow can help others in my situation experience this same happiness my puppy has brought me. At Dog Days Glasgow it is our priority to keep your dog safe and ensure they are well socialised with the pack. To help us do this we ask all owners to bring their dogs in the evening before they are due to go into daycare for the first time. This allows us to carry out a screening process with one or two other dogs. By this point we will understand your dogs personality and requirements to ensure they will be happy at daycare. On the day your dog arrives we will again introduce them to the screening dogs and gradually invite more of the pack to play. Your dogs welfare and happiness is priority at all times. As your dog can be in daycare for up to 10 hours per day it is essential they have adequate nap time to avoid grumpy and argumentative dogs. We have a special nap room where dogs can slumber before their second round of play time. We ask all owners to bring their dogs vaccination details however if you forget or cant find them don't stress we can source them for you.
