The Play Barn at Mearns Canine Lodge Purpose built boarding and dog daycare, with grooming and self-service dog wash.

The Play Barn at Mearns Canine Lodge offers your dog “ Daycare in Play” - endless fun and social interaction, along with mental stimulation, creating a happy, contented pet. Set in the grounds of the 40 acre Star & Garter Estate, the Play barn is part of our purpose built boarding facility, designed to give dogs a safe, stimulating environment, where they can spend the day in the company of other

dogs. The Play Barn is a cage-free facility.That means that our dogs spend the day in the company of other dogs in an open play area. We offer a structured day so that your dog can play, relax and make new friends in a safe caring environment.

A very Happy Christmas & best wishes for 2025 to all our wonderful Dogs, Owners & their Families.

Thank you for your custom through 2024 and for all your kind Christmas wishes and generous gifts. We really are lucky to have such nice customers and dogs here at MCL.

A reminder that Day Care closes this afternoon and reopens Friday 3 January, normal hours. Door open 8.00am and we shut sharp at 6..00pm.

We look forward to seeing you all back next year for more fun times.
