Happy Monday my lovely friends

As some of you know my wee mum has been diagnosed with cancer and we are trying to get our heads around this and tonight this popped into my inbox and well it was just a wee sign to say get out and walk girl 💜

So me Alan and the bears plan to walk as many miles as we can in April and I’ll finish it off with a wee climb up conic hill with my beautiful purple family at Curves

Cancer affects so many of our life’s so let’s stand up to cancer and keep fight 💜💜

🤩🤩🤩🤩WHAT A DAY🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

We headed for the hills today and wow what a day it was 💜

After being in isolation for 10 days this was just what we needed to kickstart 2022 and to test our fitness which I have to say was well good , I’ve climbed Ben Lomond about 15 times and every time I do it I moan to Alan most of the way up and all of the way down I’m usually well behind him and always worry about falling over as I never felt stable but it’s safe to say that 9 months of going to Curves Paisley and building my strength working on my cardio and core fitness has massively paid my cardio levels have never been so good oh and wow I actually have muscles 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻so it just shows that when you put the work , the benefits show so here’s to a lot more Munros this year 💜💜💜💜💜

MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE 3 BEARS

Just wanted to pop a wee. Message on here to say Hi , I’ve been very busy with my training for my fitness coaching at Curves life is very different from dog walking and I’m absolutely loving my job it’s been one amazing few months
Massive thank you to all our fur friends and the paw parents over the last few years , I’ll probably look to close my page next year so feel free to take any pictures of your fur babies that I have on here massive thank you Gillian Alan & the 3 bears 💜💜💜💜

Kenai Aurora & Koda just wanted to say Hi to everyone and wish you all a Merry Christmas

They have been very busy bears getting all ready for Santa paws and can’t wait to see what he brings them on Saturday 🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻

They are all enjoying some chill time these days while Mummy is loving her new job working at Curves helping all the lovely ladies get fit

They might post some pictures over the holidays of any adventures they go on with Mummy Daddy and Courtney

The 3 bears are just back from a 2 week holiday in beautiful St Andrews
They just love going so much as you can see by there pictures

Hopefully won’t be long till they have there own holiday home then they can spend even more time in the best place in Scotland 🥰🥰🥰
