Polite reminder

We require a 24hrs notice for cancellation of appointment.

The time we book aside is reserved to groom your dog.

We keep our prices fair and we are very understanding. We are a mother and daughter team who are doing their best to accommodate everyone.

Missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee payable before further appointments can be booked.

Dogs arriving late may have to rebook and the cancellation fee will apply.

We are over the moon with the results of descaling our canines teeth. It has certainly helped many of our furry friends oral health.

We have noticed healthier gums and fresher breath.

My mother is jealous of my apron!! I am dead chuffed!!! Got it for my birthday and now I don’t have to watch my scissors fall on the floor!!

As from the 1st of February we will be asking for a 50% deposit to secure the booking via bank transfer or cash. This payment will need to be made with in 24hr to confirm the appointment.

Unfortunately this isn’t a step we wanted to take but due to the increase of failed appointments and people unwilling to pay for the failed appointment, we are going to ask for 50%

The deposit covers part of loss of wages and covers part of the salons bills.

I hope you can appreciate we are a small family run business, so please don’t be offended if we ask for a 50% deposit.

Just an updated, in January Tracy and I will be trained to do Emmi pet teeth cleaning. We will also be covering oral hygiene how to spot diseases and any problems before they start.

Afternoon everyone.

I just want to say I am totally overwhelmed by the amount of get well wishes I have had, also the incredible support myself and my mum (who has been working extremely hard) have received through these last couple of weeks.

I am out of hospital and definitely on the better side of everything!! I am returning to work Monday and I can not wait to see you all.

I used a pin brush and comb today but please ask for advice if required. I done the best I could as Daisy can get agitated after a while and I am not use to videoing myself 😁😁 So remember to brush in small step at the same time of day so it becomes routine.

Donna hand stripped Douglas the Border Terrier today and what a star he was. He was so chilled and really well behaved. This cheeky chap is always a pleasure to work with. 💙💙

The old boy also had a bath.

Frodo always entertains himself before his turn on the table. Don’t you just love a happy dog 🐶🐶💙

Very chilled coco!!! He is in no hurry to do anything.

Just sat down after a very busy day grooming in the salon but I still got enough time before bed to brush my dogs 🙂 This is dolly, she is a 11yrs old Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She loves being brushed. Getting all the loose hairs out of her. 🐶

We always make sure we got time for a belly rub after a groom. Peaceful happy doggie. 🙂

Donna and I love new friends to the salon. This little chap loved to play ❤️

Leo has been kept warm this winter with a full coat but as it's been so wet and the fields so muddy it's time to take him down. Donna worked very hard and made a fabulous job. X

Leo has been visiting Shampooch with Max for almost a year. Leo always has a kiss for his Groomist (Donna Phillips) and Donna always has time to allow a kiss or three. Beautiful Boy ❤️
