Evening everyone! Moaning post sorry if this doesn’t apply to you!

I really didn’t want to have to write a post about cancellations but unfortunately due to the amount of no shows and cancelling last minute I am having too.

If you have a valid reason we do understand the situations and know sometimes just can’t be helped.

However we are getting a lot of people ‘no showing’ and not answering and seeing they have gone somewhere else. This is fine however please just let us know in advance to your appointment with us!

Also we are getting a lot of people wanting to move appointments last minute or cancel for not a good enough reason. Unfortunately from now on these appointments you will be charge 50% of the groom if we are not given 48hrs notice.

We are all self employed if we don’t have dogs in we don’t get paid!

We will be monitoring this situation if this does continue unfortunately 50% deposits will have to be taken when booking appointments.

Thank you so much to all our lovely customers for bringing your doggies to us through the last year, we couldn’t have done it without you all!

Also want to say a massive thank for all of the gifts all of us girls have received over the Christmas period! We will definitely enjoy the wine and non alcoholic wine too!

Just a little reminder we are extremely busy between all three of us girls. So if we don’t reply or call you back straight away we do apologise. 🐾

Can I please ask the next couple of days….

🎄Make sure you are prompt at drop off and pick up.
🎄Please make sure doggies have been walked around outside before they come in to go to the toilet.
🎄 Making sure all payments are settled by 5pm that same day, we just don’t have the time to chase at the moment.
🎄Lastly please please if you are going to reschedule your appointment please give us at least 24hrs notice otherwise you will be charged 50% of your entire groom price.

We look forward to seeing you all over the next couple of days 🐾🎄🎅🏼
