WENSLEYDALE update... 5 months post op today.
Nothing stops him, he's cheeky, naughty and my gorgeous lion. We still have one month to do all we can for his recovery, making sure he keeps stretching.
The surgeon said wherever we are at 6 months post op is the best we will get.
Next physio appointment in June, as visits to physio throughout his life will always be beneficial.
We are doing his exercises at home, i.e. Still have pillows along the landing that he has to walk across to ensure balance and controlled movement. He's a big lad, so recovery was always going to be harder than the average size kitty.
I must say I hardly see a limp now ... I guess I watch him like a hawk and hold my breath as he leaps about 🙈
He is happy and not in pain but will always remain an indoor cat now.
He LOVES the attention from you guys, my customers, so please say hello if he's in his catio waiting. 😻

Then there is OPAL aka 🐸 Froggy 🐸... because she's as mad as a box of Frogs and Boaty who lives with her prefers his own...
