Short, shady early walks for the gang & today we welcomed Wilson the whippet 🐾

Tomorrow is also looking like a really hot day, both me and Jo have spaces left on our early morning & late morning walks if any afternoon dogs would prefer the morning. Or if you think you dog will struggle we are more than happy to cancel & rearrange walks xx

It’s looking like it’s going to be really hot the next few days …. if you feel your dog is unhappy or struggles in this weather we are happy to cancel and rearrange walks for you, or provide a home visit, we do have a couple of early morning walking slots avaliable we aim to get everybody out and walked by 1.30pm.

We will be carrying water in the vans which are fully air conditioned, with extra fans & will be walking near water and taking things steady with lots of stops, shade hopping and will shorten walks if needed 🐾

It’s that time of year again!!

Check your dog every day especially in between their toes & in their ears 🐾

I had a hefty vet bill from one last year which ended up with a really poorly doggo after one tracked down into his throat 🫣

🌱🌱🌱It’s grass seed season and these little blighters are out in full force …. This is from one of my socks this morning 🙈

We do give the dogs a once over after their walks but they do get everywhere!! Make sure your checking your dogs coat daily particularly in between toes, in ears and up noses - it’s good handling practise for you and your dog and a good time to do a quick once over on their body condition and any lumps or bumps.

Grass seeds can be a costly vet visit to remove once they start embedding in your dogs skin or even tracking and causing internal damage 😞
