We hope that all our lovely clients are enjoying the glorious sunshine and that your dogs and cats are staying safe from the heat!

We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for our cat sitting services, which is WONDERFUL! We love looking after your gorgeous cats and kittens whilst you enjoy the summer sun! This does mean though, that many of our team are getting fully booked. So we will shortly be announcing some new Team ForPaws members and also reviewing the existing bookings to make sure that all of your pets get the fuss, care and attention they deserve and that you have paid for, by ensuring our team are not overstretched.

Please can we ask if you are considering booking visits that you get in touch as soon as possible so that we can ensure we have capacity to meet you requirements. We are doing our best, but currently we are unable to commit to 2 bookings a day for new clients/booking requests until our new team members are fully inducted, so if this is something you feel your pets need, then please can we ask that you contact us asap!

Thank you all for your support, recommendations, referrals and shares. Recovering from the last few years has been slow and suddenly we are rushed off our feet!

Please accept our apologies, there is a problem with our online cat sitting booking form on our website (not the client portal don't panic!) and any bookings made via this after the mid-afternoon of the 23rd May via this method have not been logged on the enquiries system or received via email - the are completely lost. I have flagged this with the website company as we have not made any changes on our end, it has simply stopped working, but for the interim, we have provided the email to contact for all new bookings on that page and a list of the information we need from you to create the booking! I am so sorry that this is a clunky solution, but as Corrine is currently mid vet school exams this is the best we can do until the website company fix the issue!

Happy 10th Birthday to ForPaws! 10 years ago today Corrine had just left her full time IT job and launched into running ForPaws full time. Initially it was intended to be a pet grooming business “with a bit of walking and sitting on the side”! Fast forward 10 years, Corrine added dog trainer and pet behaviourist to her list of titles and then set about training to be a vet. But enough about Corrine, because all she really does now is admin… ForPaws is all about our wonderful team, Sarah Sorgi, Michelle Bialogrodzka, Jo Ellett, Emma Knight and Rosemarie Earlam. This wonderful team do a brilliant job of looking after the cats and dogs in Godalming and we get so many lovely comments from our clients about how much their pets love them!
So a huge thank you to Team ForPaws (present and past!) and onto year 11!

Just a note that this year, Christmas, Boxing and New Year's Day all fall on weekend days, meaning that the actual bank holidays for this period fall on the weekdays following the weekend. After consulting with our cat sitting team (who will be working every day during the holidays) we have agreed the following charges for this period:

- Bank Holiday rates (double time) will be charged on the 25th, 26th December and 1st January.
- Weekend rates (time and a half) will be charged on the 27th, 28th December and 3rd January.

Just a reminder that there is only one visit a day on Christmas Day and the timing of this visit may change from normal timings to enable our team to do their visits in a single outing so that they can also enjoy Christmas with their family. We appreciate your understanding for this and can promise your cats will still get plenty of Christmas cuddles!

Please do get your Christmas bookings in, early this year. We are already looking busy and we are happy to adjust around whatever COVID and the government throw at us, but we would much rather a few bookings cancelled this year because of plan changes than risk letting down our lovely clients because we do not have space for them. So book early either via email to [email protected] or our online portal (details are sent out with invoices, but we can resend your log on if needed!).
