⚠️ Contagious cough (also known as Kennel cough) is widespread, distressing and highly contagious ⚠️

Cases are seen frequently in unvaccinated dogs, caught from anywhere other dogs explore; the park, daycare, training classes, shared water bowls outside shops...

Yearly vaccination throughout life is the best way to protect your dog and reduce the spread. Check with your vet today if your dog’s vaccinations are up to date.

Don’t delay! Book your dog in for their vaccination by visiting our website.

Chocolate, cooked bones, hot cross buns, and sugar-free sweets might be Easter favourites, but they can be toxic to dogs.

Keep your dog safe – and avoid an emergency trip to the vet – by keeping these foods well out of reach this Easter.

Did you know even a small amount of raisins (or grapes) can be dangerous for dogs?

They can cause kidney failure, so it’s important to act fast if your dog eats any.

🚨 What to do if your dog eats raisins or grapes:

✔️Call your vet immediately. Don’t wait for symptoms
✔️If you can, tell them how much they’ve eaten

Signs of raisin poisoning include vomiting, lethargy, and loss of appetite. Even if your dog seems fine, seek
veterinary advice.

Protect your pet with a simple vaccine 💉

Vaccinations aren’t just a tick on the to-do list. They’re a lifesaver. They help protect your pet from serious diseases like:

🐶 Parvovirus & distemper in dogs
🐱 Feline leukaemia & flu in cats
🦠 Deadly infections like rabies & leptospirosis

By keeping up with their jabs, you’re not only protecting your pet but also helping stop the spread of disease to others. A quick trip to the vet can mean a healthier, happier life for your furry friend.

Lambing season is here, so take extra care walking your dog in the countryside. 🐑

Sheep and their lambs scare easily, and even the friendliest dog can cause distress. Keep them on a lead
near livestock, and stick to footpaths. It’s a simple way to protect wildlife and keep your dog out of trouble.
