Here at Ashtree boarding kennels we offer a 6* stay for your four legged friends, Our luxury kennels which are set in a country location for fabulous long walks three times a day. All of our kennels are heated especially for the winter months and are purpose built with upvc which is cavity insulated. Each kennel has its own individal out door run so that our guests can always see the friendly atmo

2. **Cancellations**: If you need to cancel a booking, the full amount of the booking will also be required.we understand sometimes unfortunate things happen but please bare in mind this is our lively hood , bills and staff to pay

We uphold a **zero-tolerance policy** on these matters. If you are not in agreement with these policies, we will need to remove you from our booking list.

This incident has not happend at Ashtree Boarding centre

We regret to inform you that kennels in Leeds was recently broken into last night resulting in numerous dogs missing. Your pets' safety is our top priority, and we already have high security measures in place, including CCTV and AMPR cameras being installed on-site.

To enhance security further, we will now be opening and closing gates behind each customer during drop-off and collection times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we take these additional steps to ensure the safety of all our furry guests.

At Ashtree, we are committed to providing top-notch care for your beloved furry friends. Over the years, we've strived to maintain the highest standards of service while keeping our prices reasonable. However, as you may be aware, the cost of running our facility has increased due to inflation and rising expenses.

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to adjust our prices accordingly.our new pricing structure will be as follows:

One dog: £25
Two dogs sharing : £35
Three dogs sharing : £43

Exempt dogs
£32 one dog
£60 two dogs

Please note any bookings already made the original price quoted when booking will still be honoured.

We understand that any price increase may come as a concern, but please rest assured that this adjustment is necessary for us to continue providing the level of care and service that you and your furry companions deserve.

Another busy week here at Ashtree seeing lots of new faces and getting lots of wet kisses .

Had our annual inspection for the licensing team as expected the officers were happy with everything and also as our second year of trading in the cattery we are now 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

🌞We are all ready for Summer now 🌞

Our new pick and Mix is now available for all guests throughout there stay with a extended range of natural dog treats 🍗

Our doors are open to all dogs including exempt and dogs with behavioural problems

Polite notice Our private drive and yards are getting resurfaced this coming week so please be aware there will be machinery and workers around onsite we will call everyone prior to arrival to discuss .Thankyou for your patience at this time

Our books are getting filled quick this year we would recommend that people get there bookings in sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

Because of the cold conditions your dogs walks should be kept SHORT to avoid frostbite and hypothermia. If your dog will tolerate it, try and get them to wear little booties.

Not all salt is pet friendly so wipe the feet’s with a warm washcloth after every walk. Just remember!!! If you wouldn’t walk barefoot in the snow- don’t make your pets do it in this weather

A very peaceful evening at Ashtree all our guests are calm and relaxed in their warm cosy rooms I’ve seen soo many videos and status about peoples dogs who are running away stressed panting hiding in the showers 😥 #Keep our pets safe on bonfire night

It saddens me to have to post something like this. When dogs come to kennels we see a whole range of personalities from bouncy, fun ,playful, shy and sometimes aggressive . The dog that we took care of for one week was bouncy, playful as well as comfortable , healthy and happy around our staff members. However it shocks me to say the owner called 5 hours after collection to give concerns of her dogs welfare after their stay . When dropping off the said dog he was left with a blanket , a broken teddy (head part was handed in) and a bag of food . When the owner came to collect the dog the blanket could not be located. The kennel staff spent 10 minutes looking around in the store rooms as well as all kennels and washroom to find the blanket which was in the wash. As a good gesture they were given a brand new vet bed from the shop whilst the missing blanket was located. The customer was happy to accept a vet bed and even picked the colour from the pile. The phone call from the client started with “I’m concerned for my dogs welfare. He hasn’t settled since he’s been home. He looks de hydrated and has lost his voice and needs some anti inflammatories from the vet”. None of these symptoms were apparent prior to the dog leaving and if they were it would have been passed onto the owner and treated appropriately. Within our care the dog was a fun and friendly character that loved to play in our off lead park with a ball and his teddy and was in good health when collected. I was told that the dog does not destroy toys and She stated that his blanket was sentimental and he had had his teddy for 9 years. The phone call this afternoon went on for 22 minutes where in the end the client put the phone down after hurtling abuse and offensive language whilst telling me to visit her home to settle her dog down . I insisted that with her concerns she should take the dog immediately to the vet. Many people bring items such as beds , blankets and toys in with ther
