Quick reminder to all customers please read my terms and conditions.

If your dog is matted, there will be an extra charge on top of grooming, this fee will be added on top of the charge for treatment that day.

If your dog is matted to the point of no return, I will choose humanity over vanity and clip your dog off. Clipping your dog off is the most humane way to treat the matting and will reduce the stress for your dog.

Please make sure you brush your dog regularly to prevent matting. If you are not sure of the correct way to brush your dog, I am happy to help and guide you. I do provide a work shop that teaches how to brush and help you maintain your pooch’s coat.
