Here at Absolutely Barkers we pride ourselves with our on lead/off lead policies throughout the company. Long lines are a great alternative for dogs restricted, due to what ever reasons, to still have safe long distance fun and stimulation out and about on walks. Far safer and more control than a retractable lead as well.

Had Mike join me today to go through handling work and to meet some of my group so he can start helping out and be another illness back up for other departments and staff 😊 here he is with Bruce, Willow and Oscar 🐶🐺🐶 we let them have a little freedom play before we all went home and Oscar was having all the fun with his friends 🥰

Good evening everyone, i'd just like to say a Huge thank you to all customers under Absolutely Barkers for the incredible support you have shown towards myself and my team.

In 7 years of Business in Grantham i have seen a lot of other Business come and go which absolutely breaks my heart as we love to support other small business like ourselves but i am so grateful for the support you have all shown myself from day one and the continued support toward the ever growing family at Absolutely Barkers, not only towards us as a company but towards each other. We have grown a small community between customers that have made close friends and a support network which is something i am grateful to be a part of.

From Myself, Judi, Kye and Mike we would just like to say thank you for your support to allow us to do a job that we are not only passionate about but is a way of life for us.

Crate training/Pen training is great for growing puppies, and help during unsupervised times protect your house and belongings from being destroyed.
They also reduce anxiety and help prepare pups for unexpected vet trips or possible kenneling by helping create independence from owners.
They are used with the same principle as we would with an infant and a cot or playpen, to keep them safe.

Well guys a big thank you to my team and all the customers at Absolutely Barkers in all departments For your support, we have yet again been successful with another 5* lisence for both daycare and boarding departments, what an amazing sucsessful 7 years of buisness in Grantham with many more to come!

A huge thank you to Judi for helping me with the changes in the DEFRA guidence that happened this year to come up with policy changes to our current procedures and a huge thank you to customers who have been patient with the adjustments made.

So happy to continue doing what is my lifestyle and passion as well as building an amazing environment for your dogs to enjoy.

More amazing things to come in 2024!

Side note please be careful on Dysart Road the broken drain is causing a dangerous layer of ice on the roads and paths. They really need to think about fixing the problem.

This also includes dogs in training. Don't put yourself at risk and walk strong reactive dogs when it's icy, try and stick to grass where you can grip and keep close at all times pavement walking.

Followed a dog yesturday poor little thing was sliding all over the place 😆 well groomed claws and feet will help your dogs and remember to protect the pads from ice burns with paw butters and even boots.

Also a reminder that grit is toxic so please clean down paws if you are walking heavily gritted areas.

Sleep over at Jessie's 😄 actually had the pleasure of seeing all three cats. Amadeus is clearly a summer cat 😆 it was so good to see him and have a stroke and a cuddle, seems like forever 🤪🐱
