Easter is nearly here! The brown vomit will soon be filling vet clinics everywhere as our naughty little pets sniff out those Easter stashes and get their lips around those tasty treats.

To be honest this is one time of the year I cannot look at chocolate, once you’ve seen a few chocolate vomits it sort of puts you off 🤢. All of my children’s treats are kept well away from the pets in our home.

Here’s what to do if your dog has consumed chocolate. This handy little calculator may help calm your fears or push you into action to get help for your pet. Obviously you can still contact your vet if unsure, but this is a great tool to help you at home.

Probiotics are bacteria given to your pet via a tablet, pastes, or powder, and prebiotics are the food to help healthy bacteria grow!

Prebiotics seem to work a bit better than probiotics. Looking after your pets tum is important. Good insides can help with general health.
