If I haven’t messsged you to rebook your dogs in from last month or before, please can you give me a nudge. I stupidly binned my diary with appts from last month and earlier when transferring over to my new diary and now cannot remember who I still need to book in for their next appts!!

Hello lovely customers!

Myself and Buddy wanted to come on here to say hi and say thankyou to everyone who’s stuck by me the last year, as completing a masters whilst trying to run a business hasn’t been easy, so your accommodation for unorthodox appointment times and for being so supportive hasn’t gone unnoticed!
I’m now finished for summer with just one written project left to do, so normality for the business will begin to resume!
This also means I have no excuses for not booking your dogs in following their grooms!

My next available appointments are from the 17th June.

With 2023 at a close, I just wanted to say thankyou to all of my lovely customers who have given me the pleasure of grooming your dogs. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and I wish you all a prosperous new year.

I haven’t forgotten about getting the diary sorted and I promise to be in touch with those of you for appointments for February onwards asap - I’m just still waiting on Lboro to confirm my course days.
For those of you who still need booking in for January I am on quieter hours as I have exams but I will do my best to accommodate those of you who still need appointments so please message.
In 2024
All grooms must be paid for before collection - BACS or cash only
Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior or missed full payment is required before I will re book you in.

Just a heads up:

I now only have 4 appointments remaining until November and 1 in November before the 20th. So, please message me asap if you need your dogs booking in.

Also just to remind customers.

Payment must be made before your dog is collected.

24hours notice is required for cancelations. If less than this is given I will require the full charge of your appointment before rebooking your dog in.

Any dogs found to have fleas or skin infections will have a £15 extra charge.

I now FINALLY have my timetable for my masters degree and hopefully it won’t be changing!

Therefore…
I will now have to be working some different hours to those I currently do and that being said will have less flexibility!

I am trying now to make my way through my lists of dogs to get you booked in so if you could reply promptly it will massively help me speed up this process!!

🐶💔 A shocked member of the public found little Larry straying in an awful state with heavily matted fur caked in faeces and urine which had formed thick, hardened dreadlocks around his head, tail and feet 😔

After being taken to RSPCA Animal Hospital. Salford. for treatment, vets shaved off almost 2kg of matted fur and now he really is as happy as Larry that he can play, run and see again - just look at that smile! 😁

Larry is now in the safe paws of Rspca Wirral receiving some much-needed TLC 💙

In line with most other things in the world I am having to have a price increase on all grooms coming into place from the 1st of May.

Also I know I have said it before but all grooms must be paid for before your dog is collected!!!!

With that in mind my next available appointments are from the 4th of May and I am already filling up into June, so please be pro active in booking in 🙏😁💕

Hello my lovely customers

I just wanted to do a little post as I am being inundated with last min appointment requests

Firstly, I am fully booked until the week of the 24th April but I can add you to a cancelation list!

Secondly with business being so busy I am not taking on any dogs who are difficult to groom and as I haven’t been since my surgery in summer 2021 - unless the dogs have been regular with me since were small, i do not groom big dogs (German shepards, Great Danes, Leonburger’s, St Bernard’s etc!).

As wonderful as business being so busy is unfortunately its making me feel extremely guilty not being able to give customers appointments when they want them so please be proactive in booking your dogs in!!!

Hello my lovely customers

I am now fully booked until January 4th, i do not have any capacity for any more dogs to be squeezed in.
I do have a waiting list for cancellations so I can put your name down if need be.

Just so everyone is aware, I have recently been having a few no shows, cancellations less than 24 hours before and late payments - so I will require payment for missed appointments if less than 24 hours notice is given before I will rebook your dogs in. I also need payment for their grooms before they are collected!

My diary is getting very full until the mid/end of November and just a heads up I am taking my Christmas bookings and am very full already!
I am working up until (and including) the 21st. I will then be re opening from the week of the 3rd January. - I will not be taking bookings between Christmas and new year.

Just a polite please of a message…

Please if you have an appointment booked dont forget it!!

I hate to have to do this, but this week alone i have had 5 dogs not turn up for their appointments.

I completely understand life gets in the way sometimes and emergencies happen so I try to be as understanding and as flexible as I can, but in the last month alone I have lost over £400 of earnings from no shows.

Therefore, this isn’t something I can financially withstand.

I have also had multiple dogs arrive significantly late for their appointments which puts me behind for other customers too.

If you cancel with less than 24hours notice or are over 10min late without notice, I will have to charge and rearrange.

I will not book your dog back in without full payment for that missed appointment too.
Any cancellations from 48 hours to 24 hours will be charged half of the groom.

July the 1st where is this year going!!!

Just to let you know apart from cancellation appointments my next available appointments are for the week of the 18th July which are extremely limited until the beginning of august so please be pro active in booking your dogs in for their grooms.

Just to let you all know I have recently had an across the board price increase so please check the price of your dogs grooms when rebooking if I haven’t already informed you from your previous grooms. Note/ all groom payments must be made before your dog is collected and furthermore I do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations otherwise the groom payment is required in order for your dog to be rebooked in.

Please remember to get your dogs regularly groomed, and please brush your dogs at home. Recently I have had an influx of extremely matted dogs who are well overdue for grooming. This time of year majority of these customers want their dogs short because of the heat but please understand your dogs need grooming all year around not just annually or when it gets hot- it’s not an enjoyable job for me or for your dog and is actually very risky when they are left this long especially if they aren’t groomed at home too.

Us groomers completely understand some dogs are difficult to maintain at home for some owners and therefore I do offer bath and brush grooms for my regular customers for in between full grooms!

Please remember the weather is only set to keep getting warmer and I am now almost fully booked until the 5th of July!
