Little Ember is getting a little braver

We unfortunately came to the realisation that our 3 mares due all had phantom pregnancies- all the signs but no foals.
With that we decided that it’s nicer for foals to have another foal as company for weaning time.
That’s where this little lady comes in, she’s going to be great for weaning our Pippa, she’s a little unsure at the moment but she’s very quiet. We think she’s going to come around in no time.

It’s been a miserable week here for us, the cobs don’t seem to mind all cosy and dry.

It was farrier and worming day for half the cobs this week.
As you can see little Pippa is having her feet trimmed for the second time at 4 months old.
