Hi all 👋🏻
just a wee update for you as I am getting a lot of messages asking when I’m back and looking to make appointments.
I am very much enjoying my new role as mum ❤️ and as planned I will be taking the rest of March and looking to return some time early April.
As it stands I am hoping to take wee Harry with me, and so before I commit to any appointments I will be doing a couple of trials with my own lot who are desperately overgrown 😅 to get an idea of if this is possible and how it effects my timings.
Once I have an idea of that I will pop up a post to say I’m ready to take bookings, please don’t message for appointments before then as I won’t be able to make them 🙌🏻
It will be a very limited amount compared to usual and will likely take me a while to find what works best so please bear that in mind ☺️
I will prioritise those that have previously kept a regular schedule and I will not be taking on any new clients.
Unfortunately I will not be taking the larger breeds back for the time being, due to the restricted number of appointments available this just makes the most sense for now. I apologise for any inconvenience this causes! (To clarify I mean those that I had to stop doing towards the end of my pregnancy)
I will also be implementing price increase of 10% which will work out about £4 for the majority of you.

👶🏻 MATERNITY LEAVE 👶🏻
I have spoken to the majority of you in person however there’s likely a few that have been missed so hopefully this will reach everyone ☺️
With my due date fast approaching, I plan 🤞🏻 to work up until just before Christmas, with baby boy being due very shortly after!
That being said December is currently FULL and so the few spaces I have between now and then are all that is available.
(I may open up the odd additional space in December but they will likely be last minute and will be posted on here)
I will then be taking January, February and Hopefully March off to enjoy the beginning of mum life and settle into our new normal.
The shop will be CLOSED during that period.
I will update everyone with return dates ect closer to the time.
When I return it will be on a part time basis for the foreseeable, I will not be straight back to doing the same number of dogs I currently do so please bare that in mind, and please book elsewhere as and when it’s needed while I’m off, do not leave our wee four legged pals until they are in desperate need as that’s not enjoyable for anyone 🙈

*UPDATE TO MY NO SHOW POLICY*

This is a polite reminder for everyone to be on top of appointment dates and times.
I understand mistakes happen and normally try to be very accommodating however I am almost daily at the moment with people forgetting appointments or getting days or times wrong resulting in either the being significantly late which has a knock on effect on my entire day, or 16 (yes 16) no shows over the last 5 weeks.
It has a massive effect on my income and as you all know I am booked weeks in advance and don’t currently have the space to be fitting people back in at short notice, if I do manage to fit you back in that takes away from others getting that space.
From now, I will be strictly enforcing a 100% payment on no show appointments, without which you will not be re booked.

If anyone is out in the woods around Grantown can you please keep an eye out for loop she’s ran off on a walk while out with Linda, she was last seen around the hangman’s tree about 45 minutes ago but she can cover a lot of ground very quick so could be anywhere really

For anyone waiting on the delivery tomorrow I’ve just had a call to say that their lorry has been in an accident and the delivery now won’t come until Tuesday 🙃 massive pain but unfortunately nothing I can do 👎🏻

Hello from little Cupar who is in fact no longer so little I’m just terrible at remembering to post 🙈🤣
I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and new year and you’re not finding it too hard to get back into routine after time off 😅
I believe I have scheduled this year’s appointments for everyone that asked but knowing me I have probably missed someone off the list so if I have please just message and I will get it done 😊

I don’t think I’m going to have a problem grooming little Gus. Getting them used to it when they are young is key, it really does make such a difference. I want him to be as relaxed as possible while being groomed 🥰
