🧡🧡 Meet Toomy – Our Golden Oldie Queen 👑 Looking for Her Retirement Kingdom 🧡🧡

Toomy came into our care after being found as a stray and taken to the vets. Despite not knowing her history she’s absolutely adorable and full of her own fabulous personality! Sadly, no one has come forward to claim her, so now it’s our mission to find her the loving forever home she truly deserves. 💛

Toomy is around 12 years young and has passed her full health check with flying colours – her bloods are spot on! She’s off for a dental next week, and once she’s recovered, she’ll be ready to pack her tiny suitcase and move into her furever home 🏠

She’s looking for a quiet, cosy retirement home, somewhere she can perch on a windowsill and watch the world go by, snooze on a soft human bed, and enjoy gentle cuddles (on her terms, of course) 🛏️🐈‍⬛

💔 Meet Bernard 💔

This broken old Tom cat has lived a life of hardship. Found wandering down Buckles Lane, a place overflowing with thousands of unneutered cats. Bernard was battling alone with a gaping, raw wound on his neck 💔💔

When we were alerted to him, it was clear he desperately needed help. But Bernard wasn’t approachable, a combination of fear and pain have made him wary of humans. After a few days, we finally trapped him and rushed him straight to the vets. The wonderful veterinary team didn’t hesitate to see him that same morning 🥹🐾

Now begins the long road to recovery. Bernard’s wound is severe. Twice a week, for the next few weeks, he’ll need to be sedated so vets can clean and redress it. This intensive wound management is the only way to save him, but it comes at a huge cost, we are looking at over £1,000 from start to finish for this boy.

For a small rescue like ours, that’s pretty daunting. For Bernard, it’s the difference between continued suffering and a chance at life 🫶🏻

Right now, he is shut down, quiet, and withdrawn 😢

Street cats like Bernard fight every day just to survive. They deserve so much more.

🐾 Meet Tom 🐾

Tom is a super cute 1 year old boy who found himself living as a stray. Despite that, he’s the sweetest lad. He is gentle, friendly, and just wants to be loved 🥰

He has made a few cat friends along the way and has been around children too. He’s really calm and lovely with them. He absolutely adores people and is happiest when he’s snuggled up with someone. He’s a proper little cuddle bug 🐞

Tom’s stray days are now well and truly behind him now. He’s looking for a forever home where he’ll be safe, loved, and treated like part of the family 🫶🏻😻

He’s neutered, microchipped, and up to date with flea and worm treatment.

Lionel is a gorgeous 2 - 3 year old boy who is ready to find his forever lap to curl up on. He is the sweetest soul who just adores people, loves cats and could happily live with a calm dog / children 😻🩵

Lionel is strictly an indoor cat due to his sensitive tummy issues. He’s a little clumsy and struggles to meow but he makes up for it with purrs, affection, and endless cuddles 😍

Lionel will need to stay on a special diet but he takes it all in his stride and licks the bowl clean! Due to his long hair, he will also need regular grooming which he loves, he absolutely loves a good brush 🧹

They spend their days chasing, pouncing, and being wonderfully mischievous, before curling up together in the sweetest snuggles 🥰

🐱 Snow White – with her stunning two toned eyes, is the more reserved of the two, but she takes her confidence from her brother and blossoms when Prince is by her side.

🐱 Prince is her brave and playful protector who is always ready to lead the way into their next kitten adventure.
